The Art team aids artists in bringing and displaying their works of
art at Alchemy. One of the primary responsibilities of this team is
organizing a fundraiser to help artists interested in Alchemy raise
funds for their works. After the fundraiser, the Art team is involved
in distributing funds and following up with artists to help
communicate to the community how the donations were used. Additional
responsibilities of the Art Team include: placement of art on site (in
collaboration with Site Layout); approval of art cars and stationary
decorated vehicles on site; recruiting and promoting onsite
art/artists; reviewing art installations for safety concerns and
collaboration with Fire Safety on the placement and execution of fire
art installations.
